Terms and Conditions 1. This agreement is between Jag Jaunts and the client shall arise on acceptance of the due deposit. 2. The balance can be paid by Direct Deposit, Bank or Credit Union cheque or credit card.   Credit card charges will incur 2.9% transaction fees as charged by our merchant account. NO cash payments on the day will be accepted and NO wedding will commence without full payment being received. 3. Jag Jaunts will take all reasonable care: however, the hirer shall not be entitled to recover from the firm any sum for any delay, inconvenience or loss of any kind due to accident, breakdown or defect in the car, or any other cause whatsoever.  The liability of Jag Jaunts will be limited to the refund of monies paid as determined by Jag Jaunts. 4. Jag Jaunts will make every endeavor to replace damages or mechanical breakdown of vehicle with another vehicle of the same vintage where possible or other suitable vehicle. 5. Any damage caused to vehicles by Bridal parties or their guests on the Wedding Day, including the night pick-up will be borne by the Hirer. 6. We give permission for jag jaunts to use any photographs taken by jag Jaunts or other photographers in competitions, exhibitions or any other advertising purpose. 7. All cancellations may be made in writing, and it is noted that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE 8. Any cancellations made less than 30 days prior to date of hire, shall be paid in full. 9. All car hire outside of the Melbourne Metropolitan area will have a surcharge of $50.00 per vehicle. 10. The cost of car hire over and above the agreed time will be  charged at $25.00 per 15 minute blocks per vehicle. First 10 minutes of over-time is free. Fees commence at the first 15 minutes of overtime. All extra fees must be paid on the day either by cash or credit card.  NO exceptions. 11. We understand the above conditions, and herby authorsie and guarantee payment.
